Ash Garg
As I grew my property portfolio across Canada, I began to rely on third party property management. I soon realized that I could not find even one property management company who truly cared about the asset beyond collecting rent and paying bills. Even filling vacancies and responding to tenants was almost treated as an afterthought. I quickly grew tired of the amount of time I was spending "managing the property manager."
I truly feel that property owners deserve better. Property owners deserve to have the time to focus on their goals and passions. Property owners deserve to see their property increase in cash flow and value. Property owners deserve having their asset managed by someone who has actually owned properties and has felt the pain and stress of increased vacancy.
I am relentless in my pursuit of finding innovative ways to improve the property values and I will implement those innovations with anyone I work with.
